What is the delivery estimate?

Normal processing after payment authorization is 1–2 business days, followed by estimated transit of 4–6 business days after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy.

Can I return an unused choice?

Yes. Eligible new, unused non-defective items may be returned for a preference change or wrong selection; defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods are reviewed too. Exchanges depend on approval and stock. Ask within 30 days after delivery.

How do I send it back?

Obtain approval and the correct mailing address first. The free prepaid label is included in the parcel; ask if it is absent. No restocking fee applies. Read the Refund Policy.

When does a refund start?

We initiate an approved original-method refund within 10 days; bank posting may take longer.

How do I reach the store?
